Refund and Returns Policy

🔁 Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Bluevibes.in

At Bluevibes, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and intimate wellness products. Due to the personal nature of our offerings, our return, refund, and cancellation policies are designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and customer convenience.

✅ Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product damaged or tampered with during transit
• Manufacturing defect

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bluevibes.in with your Order ID and supporting images or videos. If your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or part-consumed products.

Return timelines:

• Return pickup: 3–5 working days (subject to location)
• Quality check & approval: 7–10 working days after receiving the product

You may choose:

• A refund to your original payment method (after deducting applicable charges)
• A store credit (Bluevibes Gift Card) for future use

Reverse courier fees may apply in non-defective returns. COD order refunds will require bank account details.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped. To cancel, contact us at support@bluevibes.in or via WhatsApp.

Note: Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if rejected at delivery. Reverse shipping charges will be deducted before refunding.

💳 Refund Timelines

• 7–10 business days from the date of approval
• Refunds to original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD)
• For store credit, a digital voucher will be issued within 3 working days

⚠️ Important Guidelines

• Ensure the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging for return eligibility
• Always record a video while unboxing in case of damage or tampering
• If your pin code is non-serviceable for pickup, we may request self-shipment

⚙️ Warranty on Devices (if applicable)

We offer a 100-day warranty on all massagers and electronic devices from the date of delivery. This covers any technical malfunctions or defects.

To claim warranty:

1. Visit our website and fill out the warranty/return form
2. Upload a video clearly showing the defect and the charger/adapter used
3. Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and dispatch a replacement unit

Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
