• Same-day and 3-hour delivery options available in select pin codes for an extra fee.

• If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please email us with photos of the outer packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery.
• If you suspect your package has been opened or items are missing, we recommend taking a video while unboxing for verification.

📅 Order Cut-off & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 1 PM (IST) are usually dispatched on the same working day.
• Orders placed after this cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

❌ Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is refused upon delivery, the shipping and return charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
